Point of view

Look at things in another way. Change the point of view and you will get another kind of energy... you won't feel overwhelmed, instead of that they will motivate you, will give you peace.

Only the point of view...



If I miss somebody, usually these thoughs make me feel sad, even angry. But change the view may be, for example:

"I can miss you because you are not here, and that let me know about this feeling, understand it, and know what exactly means that. I can know how much I miss you, what things of you I like. And then, I will be more happy the next time that I will see you...

...I will appreciate it more""
